I must warn you this is really long. I'm hoping it'll mostly be pictures but, I might get a little wordy. I learned how to do the tab photo thing and went a little crazy so there are tons of pictures! I had also intended for this to cover all the way up to aging into a teen but, I guess I will have to make that a different one.
Jules is so happy for the arrival of his brand new baby boy! He has been wishing for a boy from the moment Vanessa found out she was pregnant.

Meanwhile, Vanessa is REALLY determined to get that pregnancy weight off. I mean she's been off the treadmill for a whole week! Just look at those faces!
Jules spends his time crying about this toy box; it's blue so he is probably upset that it isn't multicolored.

With the wedding and the baby, Vanessa hadn't even thought about the mail for a while. When she finally checked it she had found that her and Jules had gotten quite a few wedding gifts. It was just your usual wedding gifts, a few priceless paintings and a couple brand new stoves. So, now she needs to write some thank you notes.

Today is Vanessa's birthday! She had a small get together and was finally able to catch up with Pip, she hasn't seen him since the wedding. They talked about Jamie and the improvements Vanessa and Jules have made to the house, it was still a tiny shack the last time pip came over.
Everything he says is so funny, Vanessa tends to get a bit carried away laughing.

Yes, while everyone else cheers happily for Vanessa, there is Jules laughing at her as she enters into this new part of her life. How nice.
Hmmmmm, "What do I want to wish for? Maybe a husband that doesn't laugh at me?"
That's fine, you just keep laughing Jules, you'll be old too in a few days. Vanessa does not look too happy about her birthday but, maybe she will get used to it after a few days.
Pip even talks to Jules for a little while, I am pretty sure he was just making sure Jules is really in love with Vanessa. Because, you know, he could definitely take care of that if Jules wasn't.

It's Jamie's first birthday!!! It is also Jules' birthday so they are having a joint party.

Whew its just a toddler. Woo Jamie is a toddler! Now Vanessa and Jules can work on walking, talking, and (ew) potty training.

I'm pretty sure that Jamie should be in a car seat! Goodness! They are headed to the Festival but, it starts storming pretty bad once they get there and they have to leave pretty quickly.
Jules takes this time to go get the makeover he has been wanting during his midlife crisis.

Vanessa came home after the festival and has been working with Jamie on how to walk. He is picking up on it pretty quickly. Jules comes home after his makeover and gets to work on making some dinner.
He can walk!! (and he grew hair too, Tadaa!)
Sadly, the potty training will take a while longer. A kid can only potty so many times a day!

Only the best for little Jamie, he eats all the same things that Vanessa and Jules do. No cheap baby food for him.
Time to work on talking, he's gotta learn how to talk to those ladies for when he gets older.
Then this alien came back, Vanessa has been abducted before (sorry I was too overwhelmed to take pics when it was happening and she didn't get pregnant so I just left it out) and now this alien is back for some reason.
She hangs out on the porch and chats with the paparazzi for a while.
Then after a long night of waiting she just leaves, whatever she came for she was not able to get.
Luckily Jamie is sound asleep inside so nothing can happen to him.
The next day Vanessa and Jamie work on talking some before Vanessa has to head back to work since the wedding.
Jules was supposed to work but he decides to call in "sick" so he can stay at home with Jamie.
Soon after Vanessa leaves for work Jules teaches Jamie to talk (not potty train they are just still in the bathroom for some reason.)
Jules had another lifetime wish to dye his hair. He chooses to go black but, immediately hates his decision. Oh well.
Jamie loves playing with his blocks, he has no idea its making him smarter!

Darn paparazzi spying on their life, even through the blinds! She started a rumor
She started saying that Jules had been out rummaging through peoples garbage cans which is not true at all! After Vanessa gets home from work Jules is headed straight to the courthouse to sue.
Vanessa finally teaches Jamie to potty in the toilet! Yay, no more dirty diapers!

They use the money from Jules lawsuit (which he won) to add a small "rec room" onto the house.
Not much in there now but, they will keeping adding stuff to it.
Jules is tired but, Jamie isn't. Jules falls asleep in the rocking chair waiting on Jamie to fall sleep.

Luckily Jules is brave so after about an hour he manages to wander outside and put this guys butt out.
Its time for Jamie's birthday again! Sadly Jules' mother shows up sad and broken hearted by the loss of her husband. Jules had lost contact with them and he is really sad that his father won't be able to watch his grandson grow up.

Jamie is one stylish kid. I can't wait to see how he turns out as an adult! Plus now that Jamie is a kid, Jules has started wanting a new baby in the house. Hhmmmm boy or girl?
Here is some extra stuff about the newest remodel.
Um... I am pretty sure somebody broke the weather....
Jules has already earned enough lifetime happiness points to get a pretty big reward. He chooses the long lost relative reward for 30,000 and receives more than 30,000 simoleons in inheritance money.
So, they expand the house. Since Jules has been wanting a new baby they make room for a nursery and Jamie's new room.
Bigger kitchen, new living room decor, and a master bathroom. They even get a few new gadgets to learn with. I love that I can just keep reusing the same stuff all through the house. The old TV is now in Jamie's room and the old couch is in storage to later be in a game room area. Plus the new baby will have all of Jamie's hand-me-downs.
Time to get a different perspective. This is the rec room area it now has chess and the alchemy station so Jules can study at home.
